Full Sail Leadership Academy COVID-19 Policy

COVID-19 Update July 23, 2020

Full Sail Leadership Academy values the health and safety of our clients. The classroom portion of sessions is in rooms that allow us to operate at 25% capacity. During the sailing session, there will be less than 10 people on each boat, with multiple vessels available for larger groups. We follow all mask requirements of the Milwaukee Yacht Club.

Our vessels are cleaned before and after each outing with disinfectants. For a list of other procedures and policies, feel free to contact our office.

Full Sail Leadership – Our Response to COVID-19

The staff and cleaning crew of Full Sail are following U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) approved prevention guidelines for our community, which are also recommended by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and implemented by applicable state and local law. These prevention protocols include, but are not limited to, hand-washing protocols, enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas on the boat, use of facial covering, and practice of social distancing. All in our community who become infected, suspect they are infected or care for someone in either situation are required to comply with current health protocols in place per Wisconsin Department of Health Services, in addition to notifying Full Sail Leadership, who will take reasonable and required measures to mitigate the potential risk of further exposure. We will continue monitoring COVID-19 governmental updates and respond based on the requirements and recommendations of applicable public health and governmental authorities.
