Day 1 (Sept. 18) Schedule
Attendees arrive at the Waterfront Hotel and join the Full Sail Leadership team with a welcoming sunset cruise aboard the When & If. This provides a great opportunity for networking on the sea.
Day 2 (Sept. 19) Schedule
A continental breakfast kickstarts the leadership development lessons in a traditional classroom setting, located onsite at the Waterfront Hotel. Enjoy lunch on us before walking to the marina for hands-on lessons sailing aboard our yacht. Enjoy the rest of your night at your leisure as you reflect on the day.
Day 3 (Sept. 20) Schedule
Choose from one of two workshops. 1) A deep dive into the CliftonStrengths leadership approach. Or 2) Our Certified Navigator course to become a Full Sail Certified Navigator for leading and facilitating workshops on your boat in your own area.
