No! Participation on the water is completely optional. For those who prefer to stay on land, we provide engaging, land-based activities that connect with the on-water experience. Everyone stays involved and walks away with the same meaningful lessons and memories.

Yes. We offer flexible options, including on-site workshops, off-site sessions, and sailing-based programs at our partner harbors. Each experience is tailored to your team’s goals and logistics.

While we have served teams as large as 90, ideally, we prefer to focus on 12-18 at a time to ensure everyone gets the experience they deserve.
